The process was seamless. I was paired with a recruiter from day 1, Marly, who guided me through the process and answered any and all questions I had. She was attentive, informative, and provided a sense of comfortability throughout all of our engagements. For being my first impression of the company, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Submitted resume online, and spoke with recruiter. I would tread lightly when considering a job with AppFolio. Their pay scale for the role was easily 10k less then competing roles in the area and other offers I have on the table for similar positions. The person who interviewed me was 10 minutes late. Nice enough, but when sending the rejection email sent it in a form letter with no professionalism. Company does not appear to be very professional or competitive. I usually try to take the negative comments with a grain of salt and consider the sources, but on multiple occasions this company have proven to be missing the maturity one would expect in the professional world.
