I applied through linkedIn and the process was very smooth. The HR contacted within couple of days for scheduling the interview, which consisted of the following rounds:
1. HR formal screening - which consisted of basic personality, previous work experience and "tell me about yourself" questions. The HR explained about the company core values and the value proposition of the company brand.
2. Technical Interview with Hiring Manager - This was mostly about some general questions on the previous work experiences and projects handled stuff. The hiring manager was very friendly and made the process look very simple and comfortable.
3. Technical round-2 with Senior team member - This was a detailed technical round in which a lot of technical questions were asked. I was asked to outline the technical work done on the projects handled and explain the technical details around it
4. Functional Interview with Director - This was a techno-functional round which consisted of both technical and functional questions about the consulting processes.
5. Final HR negotiation - This was primarily focussed on the HR benefits and pay scale negotiations
