We went from a standard HR Manager interview, to a second interview with a seasoned sales rep, to onside interviews with 1) an inside salesperson, 2) outside Account Manager, 3) VP of Development, 4) the company CEO, and finally the HR Manager. This was followed up a week letter with a phone call from the HR Manager indicating I would be receiving an offer letter in the mail shortly, which came by overnight delivery the next morning.
