I applied via LinkedIn and was interviewed informally. The unprofessional interview was held while he was driving. He revealed disorganization within the company, overshared, and was badmouthing a former employee. At the end of the interview, he asked for me to text/email him what my availability is to video conference the following day to then reply by letting me know that they will not be moving forward with me.
