Homework: Pros: Enables an evaluation of a candidate's practical skills and ability to complete real-world tasks. Allows the candidate to showcase their skills beyond the confines of an interview setting. Offers insights into a candidate's time management, dedication, and resourcefulness. Cons: Some candidates might not have equal time outside of their current jobs or personal commitments to dedicate to the homework. There's potential for dishonesty, as candidates might get help or use resources not allowed. Can feel burdensome or unfair to candidates, especially if the task is time-consuming without any compensation. 3.
