The interview process with Apex consisted of two stages. The initial interview focused on evaluating my skills and experience relevant to the Administrator role, including providing assistance to team managers and administrative support to clients. The follow-up interview further assessed my suitability for the position and explored my ability to contribute effectively to the team's overall goals.

There are two stages. The first is usually to get to know you, likely with part of the team you might be working with and then the second one will be more technical and go more into skills.
