I had a phone screen/interview and an onsite interview that lasted 2 hours. When I arrived they were going over the products as if I had not done my own research. Both of the interviewers liked to talk and asked me a few questions regarding my background. Not all people are good interviewers, I get it. However, their interest with me was strong until they asked my salary, which I stated over the phone and email. I sent follow-up emails, which received no response and that was unprofessional! I guess it was practice for future interviews.
