The first part was application where we were asked to send our CV which was supposed to be less than a page long. The second part was powerpoint presentation, a question was set and we were to make a powerpoint presentation before a panel of interviewers.

Received a call from recruitment agent to go down for interview and interviewers were the potential direct reports. Interviewer was approachable and asked questions relating more to personal factors. E.g: external commitments and commitment to work overtime
