I interviewed for a remote position at Aon after already working with them through a third-party company, handling their claims. Because of this prior experience, my interview process was shorter than usual. I only had one phone interview, where we discussed my background, experience, and familiarity with their systems. After the interview, I was given a writing assignment to complete. Once I submitted it, I received an offer.

From what I remember, the manager mainly asked if I would be comfortable handling an average of 26 claims per day. Since I had already been working on their claims just days before the interview (through a third-party company), I simply said yes. There weren’t many technical or in-depth questions since I was already familiar with their processes.
