The recruitment process consists of three stages: First Round is a Group Discussion, where candidates showcase communication and team-working skills. Second Round is a Guesstimate Interview, where candidates solve estimation problems using logical thinking. Finally, the Third Round is an HR Interview, where candidates' personal and professional attributes are assessed.

Very chill, interview lasted for about 30-40 minutes, the interviewer was very nice and warm, there was no judgment or intimidation coming from her tone, the overall interview process was clearly really professional, everything is straightforward.

Interview process was fun, structured and informative. Could be a bit long depending on your answers, but overall it was nice. I loved how I was able to share more about myself and my experiences as most of the questions are objectively about you.

How did your experience mold who you are today and what skills do you think will help you excel in the role?
You first have a meeting with someone from their recruiting team which is just to get to know you. Then the first interview was pretty basic. They ask the questions you would expect in a first interview. The interviewer was very nice.
