I was approached on LinkedIn by two recruiters from AON for the position of Associate Consultant. They provided me with a brief overview of the role, but it lacked detailed information. I was dissatisfied with their approach as they did not give me sufficient time or information regarding the role. They asked me to submit two tests (psychometric and reasoning) and stated that failure to do so would result in rejection. They did not take into consideration that I am currently employed and might need more time to complete the tests. The short notice was inconvenient. Additionally, on the same day, they asked me to be prepared for a video interaction with very little notice. The recruiter did not join on time, which showed a lack of respect for my time. I had to reschedule a meeting at my current firm to accommodate the interaction. Furthermore, I did not receive the job description until just 15 minutes before the interaction. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience as they did not value or respect my time, failed to provide sufficient information about the role I was being interviewed for, and did not provide any feedback after the interaction.

Interview process was fun, structured and informative. Could be a bit long depending on your answers, but overall it was nice. I loved how I was able to share more about myself and my experiences as most of the questions are objectively about you.

How did your experience mold who you are today and what skills do you think will help you excel in the role?
You first have a meeting with someone from their recruiting team which is just to get to know you. Then the first interview was pretty basic. They ask the questions you would expect in a first interview. The interviewer was very nice.
