First stage in the application was an online application form which had a lot of motivational questions and some questions where they required you to show evidence of some quality. I then had to take online tests and then the next stage was a video interview. The video interview only asked 3 or 4 questions and for each response you could prepare for 30 seconds and record your response for 2 minutes. You were also allowed 2 attempts to record each answer. I then was asked to attend an assessment centre. The AC was a long day; it was challenging but enjoyable. There were a couple of group exercises and presentations, a case study, and an interview.
