It was a phone interview, five in person interviews. Interviewed with the two program directors and 3 other team members. Conversations were mostly personality based, with them describing their team, expectations, atmosphere. Questions revolved around my previous experience, ability to do certain tasks and personality traits. It was a long and tedious process but not too difficult
First round interview is video interview. It is nice because it allows people to have unlimited prep time, and a certain number of retries. Less stress. Questions themselves are alright. Be prepared!

submitted an application, did an online assessment, got selected for a video interview. Completed the video interview. Sadly never heard back from them, no rejection email no update. It happens but i wish they got back to me and said they weren't interested. Got ghosted like it was tinder.

Applied and they contact me the same day. Two interviews, the last one was a technical test. Questions were about risk management, climate-risk, and insurance things. It was around half and hour in total
