Assessment centre took one day, we had various tasks including presenting, a personal pitch, interview, in-tray and debate exercises. The presentation was about a pension related topic and required research on the industry and on what Aon specifically does.
Overall experience was really good and everyone was really helpful and passionate about what they do. The feedback I received was very constructive and helped me identify further points of improvement.

Pregunta 1
Suppose you have four people that need to cross a bridge in the night. The bridge can hold the weight of two people at the same time and each person takes 1,2,5,10 minutes. What's the minimum time that they need to cross the bridge?
1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round;”: 4 back to back 30 minute-long inperson interviews. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from the HR, overall positive experience.

Entrevista
The process was entertaining and educative, I was asked to introduce my self. Why did apply for Aon?
I am legal in Poland? What did I study? Salary expectations? I am eligible to relocation?
They notified me about the interview less than 48 hours before hand. The interview itself was very standard and not extremely difficult. I never heard from them afterwards, which was frustrating.
