I had an hour long interview that went amazingly! We both had mutual interest in each other and it showed. They were not HR and said they wanted to actually get to know the people they might be working with so that was very cool. Really enjoyed the people. After my interview I had to take a logic test due within a week. I apparently did not pass the logic test to their standard so they couldn't move on to the final rounds with me, even though they wanted to. Working with HR after that was a nightmare, very insensitive and just kept copy and pasting me the same sentences when I tried to work out a solution. Why interview at all if the logic test is the end all decider? Waste of time for all parties.
