      Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. Acudí a una entrevista en Anywhere Real Estate en oct 2023

      Entrevista

      The first round was the typical culture fit and experience interview. A week went by and I was asked for additional information that I had already disclosed in the first round, suggesting that they had forgotten details. No problem it happens, I move onto the second round. It was a panel interview that was technical. It included the interviewer from the first round, the team lead, and another teams lead. I was told that the technical challenge was language agnostic and that it was about observing my thinking. Before solving the problem I told them how I think off the bat and how a medical condition I have can affect it and to bear with me. As the interview went on I realized that 2 of the 3 interviewers weren't paying attention and were working. The interviewer asking questions also didn't like my alternative solutions to the problem because they wanted one distinct answer. Despite this I thought it went well. I got a call back stating that my thinking process at the beginning was overwhelming and that I didn't answer or discuss questions that weren't even asked or brought up at all and was more absurd that they said I could use any language to display my thinking. It felt like the had the decision of not proceeding made before the interview started by the end. I thought I did well until realizing that only one interviewer was engaged.
