I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Antra in April 2019.
There are two interviews, first is the phone interview which is host by the hr, asking some questions based on the resume. After 2 days I was asked to take a skypetechinical interview.

As an ICC, the interview for this job is challenging. Although coding was relatively easy, many theoretical Java questions were asked in interviews, making it difficult. The passing rate(1st interview and eval) was about 50%-60%
The interview process was structured and clear, consisting of several rounds that tested both coding skills and understanding of fundamental concepts in my field. From the initial application to scheduling interviews and answering any questions I had, the HR personnel were prompt and clear in their communications. The company was quick to inform me of their decision after the final interview round, which I appreciated greatly.
