First round was a 30 min phone interview. HR asked about my resume and basic core Java and SQL questions and introduced their program. Second round was a 30 min technical interview which asked similar questions. No coding.

As an ICC, the interview for this job is challenging. Although coding was relatively easy, many theoretical Java questions were asked in interviews, making it difficult. The passing rate(1st interview and eval) was about 50%-60%
The interview process was structured and clear, consisting of several rounds that tested both coding skills and understanding of fundamental concepts in my field. From the initial application to scheduling interviews and answering any questions I had, the HR personnel were prompt and clear in their communications. The company was quick to inform me of their decision after the final interview round, which I appreciated greatly.
