Three stage interview. First is a phone call, second is a face to face, and third is a practical task, making two things using power tools in their work shop.

I was meant to interview with one individual only to discover mid interview that another person was listening in. She then came into the screen (facetime interview) and offered me a different position which I regret I accepted. It was not even the position I wanted but was promised opportunity to work in display as an assistant with the possibility of later earning a promotion.
