I found their hiring process to be extremely unprofessional. After submitting my initial application, I was asked to complete a lengthy questionnaire. Following that, I was invited to an interview. However, the EA did not show up for the interview and sent me an email while I was waiting on Zoom, explaining that she had to reschedule due to a commute issue. The interview was initially scheduled for Monday but was moved to Friday. Then, on Wednesday afternoon, I received an email informing me that they were reviewing applicants on a rolling basis and had decided to move forward with another candidate who had started the hiring process earlier this year. My question is: If there were already candidates in more advanced stages of the process, why was I asked to go through such a lengthy questionnaire and scheduled for an interview at all?
