Second Round with an employee in the same position (~40mins)
Third Round: Homework Tasks (~6-10hours!)
Fourth Round: Talking about the homework with future manager and colleague (~40-50 mins)
Zero feedback after investing nearly 10 hours into this application, which is pretty disappointing
