Hiring manger was on his computer for the entirety of my interview and had not read my resume or case study in advance. The manager talked down to me and belittled my experience throughout the ordeal. It's possible that he was testing me and my ability to handle objections, But as a show case of company culture for a prospective new hire, this was utterly pathetic. If that interview gave any insight into the culture of the Ansys sales organization, I'm grateful that I am not working there. - I found a comparable role with better benefits and a more respectful company culture.
