I had HR screening first and it was only 10 min. 2 days after, I had the technical interview with two recruiters via zoom. They went through my resume and asked in-depth questions about my projects and thesis. Just one answer about python I got wrong. Also, it wasn’t really a mandatory skill for the job, as the position required mechanical engineering degree and no experience. Unfortunately, I was ghosted after that. I sent an email to the hiring after a week and never replied. Months later I received an automated email about rejection. It takes time to prepare for the interviews, so treat your candidates well. I felt really bad but will not give up.
