I applied online, then got phone screen from HR and Hiring manager in next few days. The process is very fast, and people are very nice. HR didn't ask any technical questions, just a few questions about my experience. The phone screen from HM was more technical, all about the detail of projects on my resume, and also some basic questions on VLSI concepts, especially on power.
Several steps. First a probing interview by a recruiter (from Ansys, not external), then another interview with a recruiter.
Second round was a technical interview with HR and a technical manager.
Third round was another technical interview with a technical manager.
Fourth round was an in person interview where I had to present a technical topic for 10-15 min for a technical manager and an application engineer.

Panel interview with presentation online, questions during presentation, generally felt informal due to this in particular. Interviewers were upbeat and answered my questions well. The business acumen side of the role was more important than described in job post.
