Thanks for sharing your experience and feedback. As a technical sales business, we do look for people with strong problem-solving ability and ideally a scientific background, but we don’t expect every candidate to come in with deep industry knowledge. A big part of the role is learning, and we invest a lot of time into training and developing people as they grow within the company.
We’re also very open during the interview process about the pace and expectations of working in a growing business. There’s a lot of opportunity for progression and responsibility, but it does require initiative, adaptability and a willingness to get stuck in. We’d rather be transparent about that from the start so candidates can decide whether it’s the right environment for them.
