I applied to JLL online through LinkedIn. There were around 3.5 rounds in total, it usually starts with an introductory call from HR, followed by three rounds of technical and managerial interviews, including one skill test (if required). Finally, after two weeks, I sent another follow up, and only then did I get a very vague reply. No proper feedback, no clarity, you’re just left to assume what went wrong. It was honestly quite tiring, especially when you feel like you’ve done well. If you’re applying, just be prepared for a slow process and make sure you keep following up regularly. Good luck!
