If you are reading this , steer clear from this company. I was reached out on LinkedIn for data analyst role . They scheduled 3 rounds of interview which spanned 2 weeks and all went well . The salary negotiations started off really well and they sent a final draft of the offer and expressed great interest to join them soon . However after a week the HR was too silent and I felt something was fishy as they were constantly in touch even after all rounds were cleared. Later I got a call from the HR stating an excuse that their data analytics team in USA have a different definition for the data analyst role and are doubtful if they really need a data analyst from offshore. I found that their leadership team lacked proper vision on their needs and will waste a candidates time only to realise they don’t have a real need. I hope no one else goes through the same.
HR interview via phone, then user interview twice. First by the hiring manager, then the Analyst Director. All went well, they were direct and polite. Interview during Covid, so we needed to conduct it with google meet.

The interview process included an aptitude test, three technical rounds, a managerial discussion, and an HR round. Later, we were asked to come again for a final interaction and had to wait for several hours. Communication after that has been slow, and I have not received any update yet.

During my experience, I encountered something unusual in the interview process. I actually received an offer even though I did not take the required tests or assessments that were initially part of the procedure. This made me a bit surprised and uncertain, because normally I would expect to complete all the evaluation steps before reaching the offer stage. It left me questioning whether the company had decided to skip the tests intentionally, whether there was a change in their hiring process, or if it might have been an error in communication. Overall, this situation stood out to me as it deviated from the standard recruitment process I was anticipating.
