It was good experience being Interviewed at Blue Shield of CA. Four people had interviewed me. One Manager and others were QA Leads.
Manger Asked me scenario based questions.
One of the leads asked me basic SQL questions including writing a basic SQL query.
Other two leads asked about my previous testing experience and some technical questions regarding testing.

It was a great process overall. I learnt a lot from interviewers and did exceedingly well in all the rounds.
Overall leadership and coding rounds were conducted. I am happy that I got the offer.

Make you feel comfortable.
Interview was for about 30-40 minutes.
First round was written with 33 MCQ questions about manual testing and selenium.
Then there was face to face round.
Last round was with HR about salary discussion

I applied online. After two week i got telephonic interview more than one hour. Ask technical and behavioral question. nothing to out of box. After two week they respond. Its long process.
