Two interviews. One with HR and head of fixed income, the another video interview with head of fixed income in England. It was a very pleasant interview process till I asked for more competitive pay rate. Overall I had better offers on the table.

Very informative and nice interview. Interview last longer due to the great presentation about company's business activities and expectations. Interviewer was very professional and knowledgeable. Very short hiring process .

The interview conducted is consist of three stages:
1. The first round is conducted by Manager and she will ask questions from your resume and little bit technical, I should say.
2. Second round is conducted by the boss there our at the location of your joining, it would be completely HR round.
3. Third round is asked by the CEO itself. Not a tough interview but a little bit tricky questions you should expect.
