I got an email from them telling me that i've been accepted to the position at foresters financial so i went ahead and called them to see what it would be like. I interview and then i realize it wasn't too hard compare to other interviews i had so i went ahead and kept going and finally they asked me if i want to be an advisor and i said yes.

First round was aptitude which was quite difficult.
Second round was technical round which was easy to crack , they ask questions about investment banking and mutual funds, accounting rules /principles if you have strong domain knowledge you will crack it and then last round was hr round there was only discussion of salary.

Poor management..they will eat up your whole day ..they will make u sit and wait till 1 according to the timing.. Mobile phones are not allowed there inside u have to keep it outside.
