The interview was scheduled by consultancy .There was three rounds. One -HR( They give details about there company.Then in group of four they tell you to speak on a topic for 1 min just to check communication skill.) Two-Operational Round (This is taken by team leader.Here he asks about company info +topic to speak on + he says about shift timings +OT+salary+ no leaves + 150 call target. Once you nod your head and agree you go for final round.) Three- Managerial Round ( Here your first two rounds are not even considered the manager is in his /her own world .You are asked to give introduction + work experience if you have any.If you are fresher you are not selected in final round since they provide 17,600 salary In hand and thus not in mood to train fresh people. Even though they take or you get selected in first two rounds. At the end which gets end real soon in 5 -6 min the manager either says you to wait or you will informed soon if shortlisted .If you are said latter then definitely its NO from there end i.e.REJECTED.) This place is quite far from station. You can either go by normal auto it takes RS.60 or OLA auto which takes RS .30. While your way back you dnt get auto so you have to book an OLA. The company provides cab service form KOPERKHAIRNE station to ARAMEX. The food is free.
