The interview process was reasonably fast paced process with friendly people from different departments across the agency (Strategy, Production,Project Management). Questions centred around my past experience, interests and professional ambitions.

A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn about the position and set up a screening call to see if I was a fit. Went through 6 rounds of interviews with who would have been my team and got great feedback throughout, the recruiter was also very communicative up until the last interview. They completely ghosted me with no reasoning after saying the last interview would be with the CEO and that they would follow up with me. The process lacked efficiency and wasted time that could have been spent looking for other roles/companies that respected my time. But if it takes a company 7 calls to figure out if you're a good fit, that should tell you all you need to know.

Met with about 5 people and did 6 different interviews in about 2 weeks. I also when in person and got a tour of the office. I did a handful of follow ups because I was getting positive feedback / emails and wasn’t hearing anything back for about 2 weeks. Then I heard they didn’t want to move forward with the interview process with me.
