I started with a regular 10-15 minute phone interview, had a 1 hour Zoom interview with HR the next week, then came on-site for a 1 hour in person interview the following week. All of the interviews went well and the employees were polite BUT it has been over a month and I have not heard anything. I reached out to Kohler twice and only received a response to my first email stating they would have an answer shortly. I have yet to receive a response to my second email asking if I am still in consideration. Overall, I am disappointed because I was excited about the position and felt that it was a good fit but if they can't even let someone know if they are still in consideration for a position after three rounds of interviews...they probably aren't someone I would want to work for.
