It was about a 3 week process. Firstly I applied via LinkedIn. I was emailed by Dylan one of the founders who sent me a personality, values and PI test I did that and it took 10 minutes. From that point I had a 30 minute interview that was tailored from the tests I took, they even sent me over all the personality traits and characterises from the software they use which is called Purpose HQ. After that they shortlisted five candidates and we all had to do a presentation about how we live by the animation explainers values and how we have applied them into our daily working / personal lives. It was very laid back and the team made me feel very at ease. After that I had a call with the founders of the company who went through the contract with me and offered me the job. I had a very nice base salary with 8 per cent commission for every deal that I was able to strike. It was a pretty straightforward process and I enjoyed it, gave me a good feel for the company and I got the know stakeholders in the company.
