Five-stage interview process, ranging from skills tests, video cases to solve, company day and individual interviews. A large part of last interview takes place in the language of the country you applied to.

Applied for the Graduate Commercial Trainee program in the UK. I then had a cultural fit test, scenario test and finally a logical reasoning test. The first two were straightforward. The third was not the typical shape based logical reasoning but was more verbal reasoning. Following this I had a telephone interview which was clearly outsourced to a recruitment firm. I was asked 4 basic questions on the lines of why I wanted to work for the company etc. Not knowing there were just 4 I didn't answer in enoug lh detail. A few weeks later I received an email saying that they were no longer recruiting for the position in the UK so to progress I would have to work in Holland and France and know the respective local languages - very frustrating!
