I attended ABI day which is their online assessment centre, which was the last stage before the final interview in front of a panel. It consisted of a 1-1 interview first thing, followed by business-related games up to and after lunch, testing analytical skills but upon feedback, they were mostly looking for leaderhip capabilities.
