The first step after the CV screening is a reactive game more than a logical and analytical assessment test, if you pass it you have to do straight forward two video interviews, one explaining why you applied and another one where you have one hour to prepare a 3 minute pitch about a case study

The assessment day lasted from early morning til 4 pm. It had 3 parts, one individual interview with HR that lasted around 40 minutes, a business case with other people and a group business game that can be a bit challenging but also fun in a way. They tell you if you passed after 2 or 3 days and give you a detailed feedback.
