First you need to submit a application through their website that will redirect you to workday platform. If you pass the CV selection, they will send you an email for an Assessment test which will take up to 60 minutes. It is divided in numerous part (I got 3 part). It is quite fun to do and more based on "soft-skills" and to evaluate if the job fit your personnality or not.
