Submitted my applications online which was mainly a simple resume and some screening questions. My resume was accepted and I was invited to take a personality quiz. I took the test which I apparently failed because I received an automated email saying they were not moving forwards. It was a negative and impersonal experience.

it was fine. The interview was very standard. the manager and the HR rep were on the call and asked typical interview questions. they however, ghosted me after the interview for weeks and only gave me a rejection email after asking them for updates twice.

Regular experience-based interview with, "Tell me about a time when..." questions. Interview panel of 5+ (depending on the position, 6+ for tech interviews).
