I applied over 1.5 months ago via the website. After a successful phone call, I was invited for an interview with the manager. Unfortunately, this interview was cancelled on the day it was supposed to take place due to sickness of the manager (understandable). I was told that they would reach out to me to reschedule once she returns, but after two weeks of waiting I reached out again myself to check. It was finally rescheduled (online call instead of onsite), and well-prepared went in to the Zoom call. After 20 minutes of waiting, no one showed up. I had to call 3 different numbers before reaching someone, and was told that it would not happen as the manager was sick again (no one informed me upfront). Again, I was told that they would reach out once she returned to reschedule. Patiently waiting again, I was informed today that the interview won't take place at all anymore as they proceeded with an internal candidate. Even though moving forward internally is understandable and sickness can't be influenced, the way this was handled is not professional.
