Quite long, done by an external company. Several online tests, one phone interview with behavioral questions and your knowledge of the beer industry and a second phone interview where you have 30 minutes to prepare a case.
If you succeed, you will be invited to the assessment day.

Would you say you are more resilient than others?
Initial application with games, Hirevue (asked about celebrities, rockstars and beer associations with them) then final panel with senior stakeholders. Be positive and know the beer industry decently well and you should be fine!
