There was a question with cultural fit ‘what would you do if…’. Also a test with balloons that you had to make bigger but the bigger meant also the sooner they could pop, so you had to make risk analysis etc

Online Psychometric testings, if you pass those you are invited onto a video interview. The video interview was a case study where you have half an hour to prepare a pitch for a new product. I was told I passed the video interview and was invited to an assessment centre, however after two months of emailing and asking I still had no response. Very frustrating and humiliating interview process, would not recommend it if you have any self dignity.
