I first did the online tests and then had a short telephone interview. Then, I completed the business case study interview in February, is there anyone else who still has not heard the outcome yet?

Aptitude Tests, followed by automated interview, followed by invitation to assessment centre in Leuven Belgium. If successful, final panel in Luton, London.
The entire process was much faster than most grad roles which was very nice, and the assessors were all young and very engaging.

Started off with standard situational, logical and strength online tests. Then if successfull invited to a telephone interview which consists of a strength based question interview.."tell me about a time when you were a leader" etc. The interview feels extremely impersonal, with a lady in Manchester somewhere asking you questions, and you are not allowed to ask anything in return, like talking to a machine, almost makes you not want to get hired.
Then comes the terrible part, you get sent a case study and are given approximatelly 30 minutes for it and need to present back your findings for 30 minutes. The case study is extremely unclear, badly presented, and to me made no sense (i have done various other case studies for similar companies). Once again, can't ask any questions to the interviewer, very impersonal and unrealistic.
Would expect so much more from a company that promotes an engaged work place and graduate develpment.

I went through to the Assessment Center. It wasn't difficult, but a pleasant experience. They had a set of simulation games, where you were thrown into a business scenario and given instructions, so they test you team work ability, leadership skills, attention to detail, communication skills and how well you can work under the pressure (that's the most important one). Later, they also interview you one-on-one and give you quick brain storming questions that are timed.
