Assessment Centre:
The first exercise is an interview. The questions will be really similar to the ones in the telephone interview which you already conducted by this stage. The second exercise is the 'customer journey' where you have to work together with another person to make an imaginary customer journey within 15 minutes. The third exercise is an exercise in a big group where you have to create a new beer. Every 20 seconds you have to make a certain choice based on cards you will receive. It is very difficult to make a choice in such a big group. The next exercise is the business simulation game, which was very difficult, since I had the idea that in the first few round nobody really understood what was expected from them. The last exercise was a challenge round where you had different exercises every 5 minutes, answering a lot of questions, logical test, memory test etc.

Entrevista
In the AC stage you do a one-to-one interview and then a group exercise. The group exercise is hard and you have to listen really carefully to the instructions and be cautious of including everyone. In terms of the interview I was asked questions such as 'describe a time when you overcame a challenge, worked in a team' etc.
For the final stage interviews there were six of us, as it was online we were put into a breakout room with one other candidate and two assessors, we were asked quick fire questions such as 'A time where you put yourself in someone else's shoes' 'A time where you failed' 'A time where you learnt a new challenge/something new'. We were also given feedback from our AC and were asked to respond to some of the more negative feedback we had eg. How we might disagree with or work on the fact we could come across as intimidating.

As per above: time you challenged yourself, learnt something new, put yourself in someone else's shoes. Remember to always have a follow up from what you said - how did you assess it was a challenge and what were the steps to took to overcome them
It was a 5 stage selection process, which consisted of an online application, online tests, a recorded video interview, an assessment centre and a final group panel interview. The video interview was recorded so was not with an actual person.

Entrevista
The Assessment day took place in Belgium, beggining in the morning and ending in the afternoon, is the second-last step before getting an offer from the firm. It was divided in 3 different step: personal interview, business game in team of 4, case scenario in which you are a sales person for ABinBev.
You are evaluated during all the 3 steps, on how you behave and how you relate with the other candidates.
