After that you have to book your own phone-screening-interview which lasts around 10 minutes (you can take longer if you want to). [see questions] After that you have another phone interview. I am on that phase now (that's why I put I didn't get an offer), so I cannot tell you how it is exactly, but it seems complicated, or at least, very complete: strengths-based interview + Business Case Study. Estimated duration: 1 hour 30 minutes.
