Interview consisted of two rounds. First one was technical with a few questions on Data Analytics and one based on a case study. The second one was more of a behavioral type of round.

There was a technical test followed by the interview mainly focussing on the HR aspect, how you will be a good fit for the company. They try to focus on your life experiences to know you better. Major focus was on challenges and leadership positions.
