I got a call from the HR team of AB InBev. There were two technical rounds - each of 45-60 mins each followed by a culture fit round.
Both the technical rounds covered various aspects of my work ex and the interviewers were very professional and made me feel comfortable. Although when I reached the culture fit round, I could sense that the interviewer evaluation was biased towards my religion( interviewers happens to be at an esteemed position of HR Associate Director). The questions were toned in flavour of religious context. Being a culture fit round, one expect questions around the ethics, morale, culture of the organisation but I believe he had already made up his mind of not selecting me.
Only advice to Management, kindly sensitize not just your junior or middle management but also your senior management which I believe was neglected.
