The video interview is the third round and requires you to choose from two possible scenarios/individuals and create a beer based upon them. You need to consider all aspects including the marketing, name, aroma, body etc.

The first stage was giving a test followed by a recorded interview. I applied to 5 countries and almost gave a great suitable answer however they did not answer me back for weeks although at the same time another French friend of mine applied giving similar answers but he got the invite for the next stage which to me seems ridiculous
