Der erste Schritt war eine Online Bewerbung. Nach Interesse am Profil werden mehrere Runden von Online Tests durchlaufen (Logik, kognitiv, emotionale Intelligenz etc.). Ist das Profil weiterhin interessant, wird man aufgefordert ein online Video-Interview zu machen (es werden Fragen angezeigt, zu welchen kurze Videos aufgenommen werden). Schafft man es weiter, wird man in der regionalen Zentrale zum Assessment Center eingeladen. Hiernach ist die letzte Runde ein Panel Interview vor dem Management.

Entrevista
First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
