First, you have to fill out an online application. After that follow personality test and than logical test. Then you will have a competency phone interview. If you succeed you will be invited for an assessment day. During the assessment day you will do a pitch of one thing, a group case and one more individual interview.

Got selected but had a group discussion round, where the company person was not interested in listening. No one was selected from our group only because the company representative was not listening and was on her phone.
It consisted of Group Discussion round in which only girls had an edge. The next was another GD round followed by interview. The interview was asked on Supply Chain and some technical questions.

There is an aptitude test in which there are games, then there is gd round and then the is a group interview round. Gd and gi are in the same day. They don’t give a lot of time to prepare.
